SHIPPING POLICY

Every order is supplied directly from the factory in Portugal. We do not dispatch from old warehouse stock. This ensures that you receive newly prepared products that meet the exceptional quality standards of Abyss & Habidecor.

For this reason, orders may not be dispatched immediately. Please allow approximately 8–15 business days for delivery.

• Other European destinations: Shipping costs are displayed at checkout

All orders are shipped securely with UPS. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We currently deliver to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain and the Balearic Islands, Sweden and Switzerland.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
