Understanding Towel Weight
GSM means grams per square metre: the weight of the fabric over a fixed area. It helps you compare how light or substantial a towel may feel. A higher number does not automatically mean a better towel; the cotton, weave and your own preferences matter too.

Your items are generally ordered from the factory in Portugal. Please allow approximately 8–15 business days for preparation and dispatch, unless we communicate a different estimate.
After dispatch, UPS Express delivery normally takes 1–2 business days. Preparation and transport are separate stages, and these timings are estimates. We email your tracking details after dispatch.
