Understanding Towel Weight
GSM means grams per square metre and describes the weight and density of a towel. A higher GSM generally creates a denser and more substantial feeling, while a lower GSM produces a lighter towel that can dry more quickly. GSM is useful, but cotton quality, yarn and craftsmanship are equally important.

Direct from the Factory
Orders are supplied directly from the factory in Portugal rather than dispatched from old warehouse stock. Please allow approximately 8–15 business days for delivery.
Orders are shipped securely with UPS. Delivery within Portugal is complimentary, while shipping costs for other European destinations are calculated and displayed at checkout. Tracking information is provided by email after dispatch.

Protecting Exceptional Quality
Correct care helps preserve softness, colour and absorbency. Always follow the care label supplied with your chosen collection, as instructions can vary between designs and materials.
New towels may release a small amount of excess fibre during their first washes. This is normal for high-quality cotton pile and should gradually reduce with correct washing and drying.
Pulled loops should never be pulled further. A loose loop can generally be trimmed carefully without affecting the towel’s woven structure.
