RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Towel Boutique. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@thetowelboutique.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
